Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Everything was clean and cheap and good restaurants nearby.

Absolutely perfect for anyone that’s been on the road for a while and wants some luxury at really good value! Got a twin room with a friend who’d also been hostel hopping for a few months. Hotel room with private bathroom, mini fridge and tv for hostel prices! Great as a pit stop for a night or two to recharge the batteries or enjoy a night out and come back to some peace and quiet!
Hint: Ned Kelly happy hour 4-6pm (Pool tables) Ostello Bello happy hour 5-9pm

It's an old school hotel with all the services for a super price. The staff is there 24/7 for every wish you have, from printing tickets to helping you find your passport, or hailing you cabs. The internet speed was unlike everything I have seen in Myanmar. Breakfast had many options and was really good.
The main dislike (and only real one, the bad soundproofing of the room was just a minor discomfort and it was more the fault of the other guests that don't know how to behave in a hotel) was the cleanliness of the place. Everything is dusty and stained. And I could even live with that but not with the huge roaches one the hallways and the one in my room parading around on my bag. I'm sorry for the...Read more

25% mark up from booking.com price (paid cash) at check out, cold shower, no in room WiFi, room lacked other boasted amenities (eg hair dryer, bath)
