    Staff Are Amazing

    Room are clean and bed is comfortable as usual. Fitness center and swimming pool was fine as well. Hotel gives a shuttle to adjacent shopping center which may be a great thing. All the other shopping zones are like 20 minutes drive from the hotel which is nice. Rooms were continuously clean and flawless the. The king sized bed were tremendous and comfortable which justified great rest. Overall stay with Pullman was good and would recommend it for others to stay.

    Elegant, Cosy, and Intimate

    Rooms were spacious and comfortable, loved the bathroom concept. Reading spot at the cosy corner of the room was definitely another favourite space. Nice wardrobe as well. Overall great stay, but would have been good if the room was cool down beforehand. The air condition was not working properly so it got a bit stuffy in the room at night.

    Outstanding Executive Lounge

    The hotel is well located and only a short walk from Kerinchi train station from where you have direct trains to KL Central and KLCC. The hotel also offers a shuttle bus from and to KL Central at certain scheduled times. From KL Intl Airport, KL Central can easily be reached with KLIA Express train (takes about 30 minutes). We booked an executive room for 3 nights and got upgraded to a suite due to our Accor membership. The modern, spacious suite was nicely furnished with all the amenities you would need for a longer stay and - most importantly - was impeccable clean. As with many other Pullman hotels, the bathroom and bedroom is separated by a transparent glass. We like this kind of design but other people might miss some privacy. The executive lounge was outstanding in terms of the quality and variety of food offered and also because the lounge's staff was very courteous and helpful and made us feel very comfortable at all times. We would definitely go back.
